At first sight, we were a bit sceptical - but now Nebona Bucross seasons every salad - our first non-sweet product. A tasty replacement for nuts, which contain high amounts of saccharose.
Main ingredient of Nebona Bucross is Buckwheat. Compared to wheat buckwheat contains a larger amount of high-value proteines and does not contain gluten.
