Elderberry blossoms give off a very pleasant smell in early summer. This elderberry syrup is produced by extracting the strong flavour of elderberry blossoms immersed in glucose syrup.
Diluted in a ratio of 1:4 with mineral water it yields about 2.5 l of elderberrry drink. Can be used also to sweeten deserts, to mix with sparkling wine or champagne or in milkshakes.
