• Please fill out the following form and confirm. The receiver will get an email with a voucher code and an instruction how to use it.
  
• If you prefer to send your gift voucher in a self-designed gift card, please type in your own email-adress. You'll then receive an email with the voucher code yourself and can write this voucher code on any card or letter.
