Sucrose

Sucrose is the main ingredient in ordinary (refined) table sugar, cane sugar, etc. - that is, all kinds of white and brown sugar. It is a disaccharide, which means it is comprised of two sugars in equal parts: glucose and fructose. Therefore, 100g of sucrose contains 50g of fructose.

Some people say that fructose as part of sucrose is less problematic than pure fructose. In spite of this, countless customers report to us that they have to avoid sucrose as well as fructose to live symptom-free.

For this reason, we pay particular attention to maintaining very low levels of sucrose as well as low fructose content and clearly indicate the sucrose content for each of our products.
