Organic Pancake Mix
Fluffy pancakes from Frusano - quick and easy to prepare. The gluten-free pancakes are already mixed with maltose and glucose, and can be prepared in an instant. Perfect for breakfast or as a sweet snack, the lactose-free pancakes stand out for their fluffiness. Depending on whether the pancakes are to be prepared vegan or low in lactose, different ways of preparing them can be found on the packaging. The pancakes are especially delicious with Frusano’s rice syrup or a delicious Frusano fruit spread as a topping.
Baking mix for pancakes
Ingredients: Organic rice flour, organic dried glucose sirup, organic tapioca starch, organic millet flour, baking powder (raising agent: sodium bicarbonate, acidifier: cream of tartar, organic corn flour), organic millet psyllium husks, sea salt

Suitable for a low-fructose and low FODMAP diet: Fructose <0.5%, Sucrose <0.5%, Glucose 18%, Maltose 1%.

Without sorbitol, without sweeteners by law..
)Ingredients: Classic: 2 eggs, 200ml milk, 2 tablespoons neutral oil or 25g melted butter
Vegan: 200ml soy drink (or cereal drink), 125g soy yoghurt and 2 tablespoons liquid margarine or 2 tablespoons neutral oil
Preparation:
1. Stir the mix together with the other ingredients to form a smooth dough.
2. Place 3-4 individual blobs in a lightly greased pan.
3. Fry the small and thick pancakes at medium heat and only turn them when there are small bubbles on the surface.
Note: Keep at medium heat.
