Fine-grained dried glucose syrup made from organic corn - with a  "plus" of maltose  to round off the sweetness and improve solubility. The fructose-free, low FODMAP alternative to granulated sugar and Sweeteners.
Corn Sugar + consists mainly of glucose, but has a significantly lower water content and contains an extra 30% malt sugar to round off the sweetness and improve solubility. In most recipes, Corn Sugar + behaves like granulated sugar and can replace it 1:1.
