Salad dressings
A fine salad dressing is the insider tip behind every fresh summer salad. Our three dressing variants are not only low in fructose, but also fresh, aromatic and pleasantly sweet and sour.

Ingredients for the Lemon-Mustard Dressing:
- 1 lemon
- 2 tbsp. water
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp. Frusano German Mustard
- 1 tsp. Frusano Corn Sugar
- salt
- pepper
Ingredients for the Papaya Dressing:
- 4 tbsp. white vinegar
- 2 tbsp. water
- 2 tbsp. vegetable oil, e.g. sunflower oil or olive oil
- 3 tsp. Frusano Papaya Spread
- salt
- pepper
Ingredients for the Herb Dressing:
- 4 tbsp. white vinegar
- 3 tbsp. water
- 2 tbsp. vegetable oil, e.g. sunflower oil or olive oil
- 1 ½ tsp. Frusano Corn Sugar
- small bunch of herbs, e.g. basil and chives
- salt
- pepper
Preparation:
- Mix all the ingredients together, except for the oil, and season with salt and pepper.
- Add the oil and whisk it.
