Our Breakfast Bowl is a light and healthy breakfast, that is ideal for those with fructose and lactose intolerance, as well as for a low FODMAP diet.

Ingredients:
- 1 cup vegan coconut yogurt alternative (unsweetened)
- 2 tbsp. Organic Amaranth Pops (unsweetened)
- 1 tbsp. Frusano Strawberry Rhubarb Spread
- 1 tbsp. Organic Flaxseed crushed
- 1 tsp. Organic Chiaseed
- 2 pieces Frusano Dark Chocolate Quinoa Bites
Preparation:
- Put the natural coconut “yoghurt” in a breakfast bowl and decorate with the toppings as desired.
