Raspberry Tiramisu
The low-fructose version of one of the best-loved desserts from the Italian kitchen.

Ingredients:
- 500g regular quark (Speisequark)
- 200ml cream
- 1 vanilla bean
- 50g Frusano Corn Sugar
- 150g Frusano Raspberry Spread
- 1 package Frusano Spelt Butter Cookie
- 150ml coffee
- Frusano Chocolate Milk Powder
Directions:
- Brew the coffee and allow to cool.
- Whip the cream with the contents of the vanilla bean and the Organic Corn Sugar until stiff peaks form. Add the regular quark and stir until creamy.
- Prepare a casserole dish. Dip the Organic Spelt Butter Biscuits into the coffee and arrange them on the bottom of the dish.
- Spread a layer of the Raspberry Spread over the Organic Spelt Butter Biscuits and then cover with a layer of the whipped cream mixture.
- 5. Repeat with another layer of coffee-dipped Organic Spelt Butter Biscuits, Raspberry Spread, and the remaining whipped cream. Finally, sprinkle Organic Janosch Panama Joy – Chocolate Drink over the top. Allow the tiramisu to set in the refrigerator for at least 3-4 hours.
Tip: The tiramisu can also be prepared with other Frusano Fruit Spreads.
