Tiramisu overnight oats
Our overnight oats are a light and healthy breakfast that is perfect for starting the day off right.

Quantity: 1 portion
Ingredients:
- 3 tbsp gluten-free oat flakes
- 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp Frusano rice syrup
- 125 ml of your favourite milk or water
- 1 single espresso
- 3 tbsp lactose-free yoghurt
- 1 tsp Frusano choco-drink
Preparation:
- 1Mix the oat flakes, flax seeds, chia seeds and rice syrup together with the espresso and your favourite milk in a small bowl. Leave to stand for a short time and then mix everything together again.
- Place the bowl in the fridge overnight.
- The next morning, top the overnight oats with the yoghurt.
- Sprinkle cocoa powder over the yoghurt.
