Tiramisu overnight oats

Our overnight oats are a light and healthy breakfast that is perfect for starting the day off right.

Quantity: 1 portion

Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp gluten-free oat flakes 
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed 
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp Frusano rice syrup
  • 125 ml of your favourite milk or water 
  • 1 single espresso 
  • 3 tbsp lactose-free yoghurt 
  • 1 tsp Frusano choco-drink 

Preparation:

  1. 1Mix the oat flakes, flax seeds, chia seeds and rice syrup together with the espresso and your favourite milk in a small bowl. Leave to stand for a short time and then mix everything together again. 
  2. Place the bowl in the fridge overnight.
  3. The next morning, top the overnight oats with the yoghurt.
  4. Sprinkle cocoa powder over the yoghurt.
