Raspberry and chocolate ice lollies
Cool down on hot summer days. A refreshing, creamy ice cream variation with a delicate raspberry flavour!

Ingredients:
- 80 g Frusano Dark Chocolate
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 30 g raspberries
- 4 tsp favourite yoghurt
Preparation:
- Chop the chocolate and melt together with the coconut oil.
- Place small round blobs of chocolate on baking paper and place a spoon or ice-cream sticks on top. Freeze everything briefly until the chocolate is hard.
- Spread the yoghurt over the hard chocolate.
- Crush the raspberries and place on top of the yoghurt.
- Cover everything with a layer of chocolate and freeze for approx. 30 minutes.
