Raspberry and chocolate ice lollies

Cool down on hot summer days. A refreshing, creamy ice cream variation with a delicate raspberry flavour!

Ingredients:

Preparation:

  1. Chop the chocolate and melt together with the coconut oil. 
  2. Place small round blobs of chocolate on baking paper and place a spoon or ice-cream sticks on top. Freeze everything briefly until the chocolate is hard. 
  3. Spread the yoghurt over the hard chocolate. 
  4. Crush the raspberries and place on top of the yoghurt.  
  5. Cover everything with a layer of chocolate and freeze for approx. 30 minutes.
