Senior Key Account Food Enthusiast - Customer Service German Market - Part-time
Frusano develops and markets food products specially designed for those on low fructose diets. Our extensive product range includes chocolate, spreads, syrups, beverages, candy, cookies and much more. Our main customers are wholesalers and retailers, but we also sell directly to end consumers through our online shop.
Are you flexible and versatile? Here are your diverse tasks:
- Participate in the maintenance and development of customer accounts
- Conduct price and contract negotiations
- Manage the supply chain from our warehouses to our customers
- Manage customer orders, planning, and payments
- Maintain customer master data
- Support our warehouse with daily operations
What are the requirements?
- Relevant professional experience as a Key Account Manager in the food industry
- Degree in business studies or commercial training
- Affinity for nutrition-related topics
- Willingness to work in a paperless, digital environment and to familiarize yourself with new software
- Strong communication skills and healthy assertiveness
- Independent and solution-oriented way of working
- Native-level German
- Advanced-level English
- Spanish would be a plus
