Elderflower Syrup

The combination of malt sugar and dextrose gives our organic elderflower syrup its rounded sweetness, the fragrant flowers of the elderberry the intense aroma. The syrup can be used to sweeten desserts, to mix with sparkling wine or champagne or in milkshakes. Ideal for preparing a delicious Hugo.
Ingredients: Organic glucose syrup, 40% organic elderflower extract, organic dextrose, acidifier: citric acid.
Pasteurized.
Suitable for a low-fructose and low FODMAP diet: Fructose <0.5%, Sucrose <0.5%, Dextrose  12%, Maltose 13%.
