Easter recipe - stuffed eggs
The Easter Bunny sends his greetings with this special, pre-Easter egg recipe.

Ingredients:
- 12 eggs
Ingredients for mustard-mayonnaise filling:
- 1/2 glass of Mayonnaise (125g)
- 2 teaspoons Frusano Mustard
- 1 teaspoon Frusano Corn Sugar
- Organic Kalamata olives without stones (optional)
- Chives (optional)
- salt, pepper
Ingredients for rocket-mayonnaise filling:
- 1/2 glass of Mayonnaise (125g)
- 2 teaspoons Organic Rocket Pesto
- Chives at will
- salt, pepper
Edible decoration:
- 1 small head of lettuce
- 1 bunch of radishes
Preparation:
- Boil the eggs in a pot for about 10 minutes until hard, let them cool down a bit and peel them. Halve the eggs and take out the yolk with a spoon and set aside.
- For the mustard-mayonnaise filling, mix half a jar of organic mayo with organic mustard and organic corn sugar corn sweetener. Add half of the egg yolk and mix until it is nice and creamy. Season with salt and pepper.
- Put the filling into a piping bag with star attachment and fill 12 egg halves with it.
- For the rocket mayonnaise filling, mix half a glass of organic mayo with organic rocket pesto and finally season with salt and pepper.

- Garnish to taste with some chives and chopped olives and arrange on a bed of lettuce with radishes.
