Fructose-free Vanilla Corn Sugar

Easy prepared and guaranteed fructose-free - our homemade vanilla corn sugar. It can be substituted in a ratio of one-to-one with vanilla sugar in most recipes.

  1. Place the Organic Corn Sugar in an empty glass with screw cap.
  2. Half or quarter the scratched vanilla bean and put it into the glass.
  3. Close the glass and leave to rest for about a week.
Tip: Add a second scratched vanilla bean for more intense.
