Ingredients:
- 200ml lactose free cream
- 100g Frusano Organic Rice Syrup
- 50g Organic Corn Sugar from Frusano
- 75g lactose free butter
Directions:
- Whisk together cream, Organic Rice Syrup, and Organic Corn Sugar from Frusano in a bowl.
- Pour the mixture into a nonstick pan, add butter, and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Reduce the heat and simmer for another 25-30 minutes, continuing to stir, until a creamy, caramel-colored dough forms.
- Spread the caramel into a baking paper-lined form and let cool for about 6 hours. Cut into pieces.
