Tiramisu overnight oats
Our overnight oats are a light and healthy breakfast that is perfect for getting the day off to a good start.

Ingredients:
- 3 tbsp gluten-free rolled oats
- 1 tbsp ground linseed
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp Frusano Rice Syrup - The Honey Alternative
- 125 ml of your favourite milk or water
- 1 simple espresso
- 3 tbsp lactose-free yoghurt
- 1 tsp Frusano Choco drink
Preparation:
- Mix the oats, linseed, chia seeds and rice syrup together with the espresso and your favourite milk in a small bowl. Leave to stand briefly and mix everything together again.
- Place the bowl in the fridge overnight.
- The next morning, top the overnight oats with the yoghurt.
- Sprinkle cocoa powder over the yoghurt.
