Amaranth is one of the oldest agricultural crops of mankind und was the main food of ancient incas and aztecs. The unimposing grains contain many rare ingredients and are extremely rich in proteines.
These cereals are low on fructose and do not contain egg, gluten, sugar, cholesterol and milk.
Ingredients: organic amaranth
Note: While amaranth contains very little fructose, it contains naturally about 0,6g per portion of sucrose. If you suffer from HFI or a severe form of fructose-intolerance, it might be a good idea to prefer the rice, spelt or buckwhat cereals in this category, which are lower on sucrose.
Suitable for a low-fructose diet, with Fructose <0.1% and Sucrose 1.44%.
Without sorbitol, without sweeteners in accordance with Regulation (EC) No. 1333/2008.
