Millet is an old, healthy cereal and is well known all over the globe.
These cereals are low on fructose and do not contain egg, gluten, sugar, cholesterol and milk.

Note: While millet contains very little fructose, it contains naturally about 0,14g per portion of sucrose. If you suffer from HFI or a severe form of fructose-intolerance, it might be a good idea to prefer the rice, spelt or buckwhat cereals in this category, which are lower on sucrose.
Suitable for a low-fructose diet, with Fructose <0.1% and Sucrose <1.5%.
