Ingredients for the batter:
- 60g oil
- 60g flour
- 70g Frusano Corn Sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 2 rounded tsp. Frusano Chocolate Milk Powder

Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 150°C
- Mix together the oil, flour, Organic Corn Sugar from Frusano, eggs and baking powder with a mixer.
- Mix half of the batter with the Organic Janosch Panama Joy – Chocolate Drink from Frusano.
- Grease a muffin tin or line it with paper cups. Add the light batter to the cups. Add the darker batter on top and mix only briefly with a fork.
- Bake the muffins on the middle rack of the oven for about 25 minutes. Let cool.
- Melt the Organic Filita Dark Chocolate - Fructose-Free from Frusano in a water bath. Fill a pastry bag with the melted chocolate and use it to decorate the muffins.
Tip: If you prefer sweeter muffins, you can increase the amount of Organic Corn Sugar from Frusano in 10g increments.
