  • 300ml plain yogurt (lactose free if necessary)
  • 250g whipping cream (lactose free if necessary)
  • 8 Tbsp. Frusano Elderflower Syrup


  • Combine all ingredients and freeze in an ice cream maker.
  • If you don’t have an ice cream maker, freeze the mixture in a bowl, stirring regularly and thoroughly with a spoon so that no ice crystals form.
