Ingredients:
- 300ml plain yogurt (lactose free if necessary)
- 250g whipping cream (lactose free if necessary)
- 8 Tbsp. Frusano Elderflower Syrup
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients and freeze in an ice cream maker.
- If you don’t have an ice cream maker, freeze the mixture in a bowl, stirring regularly and thoroughly with a spoon so that no ice crystals form.
