Brownies - low in fructose

The classic chocolate treat: fructose-, lactose- and gluten-free, as well as vegan!
Prep Time: about 25 min.
Baking Time: about  20 min.
Difficulty: easy
Yield: 12 servings



  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C and grease a 20x30 baking pan with margarine.
  2. Mix the margarine, baking powder, Organic Corn Sugar, vanilla sugar, gluten-free flour mix, and Organic Janosch Panama Joy – Chocolate Drink. Add in the Organic Rice Syrup, water, and canola oil and mix well. Add the Rice Drink and stir into smooth batter.
  3. Pour the batter into the baking pan and bake for about 20 minutes.
  4. After baking, allow the brownies to cool.  Melt the Organic Filita Dark chocolate in a water bath and distribute over the brownies. When the Organic Filita Dark chocolate hardens, cut the brownies into 12 equal pieces.
Tip: For homemade vanilla corn sugar, put a used vanilla bean in a sealed glass container with a package of Frusano Corn Sugar and let it sit for one week.
