Raspberry Ice Cream
Our low-fructose raspberry ice cream is fresh, fruity and perfect to cool off on a hot summer's day. A big plus: it can be prepared quickly with the practical Frusano shaker.

Ingredients:
- 1 pck. Organic Vanilla Ice Cream delight with Frusano Shaker
- 200 ml lactosefree milk or vegane alternative
- 50g Raspberry Spread from Frusano
Directions:
- First, heat up the Raspberry Fruit Spread in a saucepan.
- Then add the lactose-free milk or the plant-based alternative and adjust to the Raspberry Fruit Spread.
- Allow the milk mixture to cool.
- Next, fill the milk mixture into the shaker and add the Ice Cream Vanilla powder. Put the lid on and shake vigorously for 2 minutes. Then freeze the ice cream mixture in the shaker for at least 6 hours.
Tip: For easier portioning, take the ice cream out of the freezer and let it thaw a little before consumption.
