Whether you prefer chocolatey or fruity, these two protein shakes are fructose-free, quick to prepare and the perfect source of protein before or after exercise.

Ingredients for the chocolate protein shake:

  • 200 ml milk
  • 2 tablespoons oat flakes
  • 2 tablespoons protein powder whey
  • 2 tablespoonsFrusano Chocolate Milk Powder
  • 2 ice cubes
  • 1 tsp linseed oil (alternatively sunflower oil).
    • The oil serves to supply polyunsaturated fatty acids and improves the nutrient absorption of the fat-soluble vitamins in milk and oatmeal.
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon

Preparation:

  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender for about 60 seconds until creamy.
