Whether you prefer chocolatey or fruity, these two protein shakes are fructose-free, quick to prepare and the perfect source of protein before or after exercise.

Ingredients for the chocolate protein shake:
- 200 ml milk
- 2 tablespoons oat flakes
- 2 tablespoons protein powder whey
- 2 tablespoonsFrusano Chocolate Milk Powder
- 2 ice cubes
- 1 tsp linseed oil (alternatively sunflower oil).
- The oil serves to supply polyunsaturated fatty acids and improves the nutrient absorption of the fat-soluble vitamins in milk and oatmeal.
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
Preparation:
- Blend all ingredients in a blender for about 60 seconds until creamy.
Ingredients for the berry protein shake:
- 200 ml milk
- 2 tablespoons oat flakes
- 2 tbsp. protein powder whey
- 3 tablespoons Frusano Black Currant Syrup
- 2 ice cubes
- 1 tsp oil
Preparation:
- Blend all ingredients in a blender for about 60 seconds until creamy.
