Raspberry Ice Cream

Our low-fructose raspberry ice cream is fresh, fruity and perfect to cool off on a hot summer's day. A big plus: it can be prepared quickly with the practical Frusano Vanilla Ice Cream with Shaker shaker.

  1. First, heat up the Raspberry Fruit Spread in a saucepan.
  2. Then add the lactose-free milk or the plant-based alternative and adjust to the Raspberry Fruit Spread.
  3. Allow the milk mixture to cool.
  4. Next, fill the milk mixture into the shaker and add the Ice Cream Vanilla powder. Put the lid on and shake vigorously for 2 minutes. Then freeze the ice cream mixture in the shaker for at least 6 hours.  
Tip: For easier portioning, take the ice cream out of the freezer and let it thaw a little before consumption.
