Low Fructose and Low FODMAP Cookies and Snacks from Frusano

When don't I want a cookie? A quick start with your morning coffee, an afternoon snack or cuddled up on the couch, cookies are one of the most verstile snack foods. Many people need to cut out fructose, but that doesn't mean you have to cut out cookies! Our low FODMAP and fructose free snacks are delicious and made with people with intolerances in mind. For example, our Spelt Butter Cookies are sweetened with fructose-free organic glucose syrup. The pack contains three individual packets of cookies, which means that the cookies always stay fresh, and they are perfect to pack as a quick snack. Our fructose-free cookies are also suitable for people with lactose intolerance, as they are also lactose-free.

When we make our gut-friendly bars, we use buckwheat, amaranth, millet and quinoa, so that they are also gluten-free. They're a great low FODMAP snacking option. At the gym, work, or out on the town, squirrel away a few of these treats for easy snacking.

Our fluffy Pancake Mix is always a good choice - quick and easy to prepare. Already mixed with malt and dextrose, the gluten-free pancakes can be whipped up in a flash on a Sunday morning. Our lactose-free pancakes are delightfully airy. You choose if you want to make them vegan or not, and you can find different preparation methods on the packaging. The pancakes are especially tasty with our Rice Syrup or a delicious Frusano fruit spread on top.

Frusano Organic Chocolate and Vanilla Pudding Powder

With our Vanilla or Chocolate Flavored Pudding Powder, you can whip up a delicious fructose-free pudding in no time! Our mixes are sweetened with Organic Corn Sugar, which gives the products a mild, pleasant sweetness. Just add low FODMAP or plant based milk to the mix, bring to a boil - and you have a deliciously easy and smooth low fructose snack.
