  1. Preheat the oven to 350°f (convection) and line a springform pan with parchment paper.
  2. Put the cookies in a freezer bag and smash to a fine crumb with a rolling pin.  Melt the butter in the microwave for about 1 minute (900 Watt) and pour over the cookie crumbs.  With a fork, mix the butter into the crumbs until it is evenly distributed.  Press the crumb mixture into the base of the springform pan.
  3. Combine all of the ingredients for the filling and mix with a hand mixer until smooth.  Spread the filling over the cookie crust and bake on the middle rack for about 45 minutes.
