    • Aromatic french loaf appetizers barbecue style

    With our Frusano Organic Tomato Ketchup you can whip up these party appetizers in no time!

    Difficulty: easy

    Ingredients for four people:

    • 1 French Baguette 
    • 14oz chicken breast
    • 8oz mozzarella cheese
    • 1 head of red leaf lettuce
    • Frusano Tomato Ketchup 
    • Salt
    • Pepper

    Directions:

    1. Wash the lettuce and separate into pieces.  Slice the mozzarella into thin slices.
    2. Wash the chicken breast, towel dry, and slice.  Season with salt and pepper.  In a lightly oiled pan, quickly brown both sides of the chicken slices.  Remove the chicken from the pan and cover each slice with a piece of mozzarella.  Bake the chicken and mozzarella for a few minutes in the oven.
    3. Slice the baguette and top each slice with lettuce, Organic Tomato Ketchup from Frusano, and a piece of the crispy chicken-mozzarella. Season with salt and pepper. Serve warm.
